About Travis
Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, and I am proud to call the beautiful Tampa area my home. I am a graduate of A.P. Leto High School where I was a two-sport student-athlete and later attended Georgia Southern University.
I have three wonderful hardworking children – my eldest daughter works in law; my middle daughter is graduating with honors from Howard W. Blake High School and my youngest son is thriving at Tampa Catholic High School as a two-sport student-athlete. My wife and I are fortunate to have much of our extended family within the Tampa area and throughout Florida.
My Real Estate Philosophy
A successful real estate transaction is one in which both the buyer and the seller are treated fairly and respectfully, resulting in an efficient, low stress closing. A buyer wants to buy, and a seller wants to sell. My goal is to provide support wherever necessary – even when we are on opposite sides of the negotiations.
Most importantly, my philosophy is best stated in my motto: Helping You Make the Right Decision. My clients’ goals are achieved (whether buying or selling) because I am personally familiar with their potential family requirements, work demands, and community needs. They rely on me to accommodate their personal constraints and dynamics, not just facilitate the negotiation, inspection, appraisal, and closing processes, but they also rely on me to make the entire transaction as efficient and productive as possible. In addition to my prompt responses, kindness, and care, I provide excellence through professional accreditations, local property knowledge, top notch vendor relationships, contract mastery, time sensitivity, and certified negotiation skills – all of which contribute to the end goal of a successful closing. I educate my clients on the PROCESS of buying and selling real estate, so they are able to make the right decision.

I have a passion for real estate and community! I was born and raised in beautiful Tampa Bay. My commitment to my community starts with homeownership. I work hard for both my buyers and sellers to give them the opportunity to live the American Dream of homeownership. Because of this commitment, I started a non-profit organization Educate Tampa Bay with the purpose of educating my community in homeownership, academically with tutoring and consulting services, and financial literacy.
